What the executive team needs to know
We have 16 weeks to hit our First Go-Live on September 30. Four people own every task on this path, and none of them has a backup. The red line shows today. Anything to its left should be done. Anything to its right is still ahead.
- Katie Connor carries all enrollment logic through early July. If she is not protected at 25% allocation starting June 15, every downstream task, PIR, MBI, all of it, gets pushed.
- Kim Munoz runs health, DMH, and role-type work in a tight chain. Her final DMH deliverable (by July 5) is a hard blocker for Jennifer Lin, Jesse Deutsch, and the Playground setup.
- Jennifer Lin owns data migration (which gates nearly everything else), three MVP reports, and five consecutive MBI modules from mid-July through mid-August. She has no gaps in that stretch.
- Jesse Deutsch will support all team members and continually work on the general feedback list over the course of several weeks.
